Introduction: Easy Korean Style Steamed Egg
If one day, you found out that you only have eggs and spring onion. What are you going to cook with these? Well, you are in a right place. You don't need many ingredients to make this special meal. I will tell you a super easy way to make a Korean style steamed egg.

Step 1: Ingredients
(All ingredients are for one person.)
- Two eggs
- 1/4 of water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Small size of spring onion
- Plastic wrap
Step 2: Crack Eggs
First, crack two eggs in a bowl and whip it until the eggs become yellow.
Step 3: Pour Water
Then, pour 1/4 amount of water into the bowl and mix it.
Step 4: Add Salt
Next, add salt.
Step 5: Trim the Vegetables
After that, chop the spring onion. Put the well-cut spring onion into the bowl.
Step 6: Ready for Microwave
Tightly cover the bowl with wrap. Punch little hole in the plastic wrap with a chopstick or something else. 5 holes will be enough.
Step 7: Put in the Microwave
Put the bowl in the microwave for four minutes.
Step 8: Done
Open the microwave and wait until the bowl gets a bit cooler. Then you can eat it.
