Step 1: Install Freemake Video Converter

Download Freemake Video Converter. Install and launch the program. 

Step 2: Import Files and Choose Format

Browse for movies that you want to convert to Flash video format and add them to the program. Click FLV or SWF at the bottom.

Step 3: Set Parameters
