How to Beat a Level 9 Enemy As That Same Fighter

This is a great way to beat any character with level 9 AI! Hope this helped!

Step 1:

First, pick a fighter. (Oh, and set yourself to be a CPU.)

Step 2:

Watch the fighter in action. Keep watching until you think you have it down in your head.

Step 3:

Practice the skills you just memorized until you master them.

Step 4:

Start at that fighter being level one, and have him/her go up one level each time you beat the fighter several times in a row.
