This guide will show you how to install the 2015-up 6th generation Ford Mustang LED rear side marker lights. Ideal for upgrading your stock side markers, your tail end will be able to achieve a brighter, more vibrant look. This can easily be done with plug-and-play action.

Step 1: Release the Stock Side Marker Lights From Your Ford Mustang.

Reach from behind to undo the clip. We recommend using a towel to shield your hand and wrist from the hot exhaust or waiting for the exhaust to cool down so you don't burn yourself.

Step 2: Remove the OEM Side Marker Light From Its Stock Harness.

Pull out the side marker housing and twist/unlock the incandescent bulb from the base of the harness.

Step 3: Plug in the Rear LED Side Marker Light.

Make sure you tuck in the wires so water doesn't get into the wires and connector.

Repeat steps 1-3 for the other side.

Step 4: Final Steps

Test the Ford Mustang rear LED side marker lamps to make sure they fully function. Once you have, snap in the LED side markers to finish.
