Make these tiny origami lucky stars.

Step 1: 1

Start with a strip of paper or ribbon.

Step 2: 2

Tie a knot at the top as shown.

Step 3: 3

Flatten the knot.

Step 4: 4

Tuck the loose end into the pocket of the knot.

Step 5: 5

Fold the long leftover strip along the edge of the pentagon shape.

Step 6: 6

Again fold the loose strip along the pentagon.

Step 7: 7

Keep folding along the edge to wrap the strip around and around the pentagon until there's only a short strip left.

Step 8: 8

Tuck the loose end into the pocket.

Step 9: 9

Use your fingernail to carefully poke in the sides of the pentagon so that the star will puff up.

Step 10: Finished

Once your done with all the sides you now have an origami lucky star.
