Step 1: Get a Block

Step 2: Place

Step 3: Go to Home Screen Quick

Step 4: Double Tap

The button on the bottom

Step 5: Delete Minecraft From Your History

Step 6: Go Back to Minecraft

Step 7: Go to Your World

If it does not work keep trying it happened to me just keep trying
