Step 1: Materials Needed

Wine corks,

1 drill (with the drill bit size that best suits your needs),

potting soil,

a pot,

1 cup water,

cutting board (optional),

super glue,

plant cuttings

Step 2: Step 1

First pick out as many wine corks as desired (im just doing one in this tutorial).

Step 3: Step 2

Next boil one cup of water in your pot, then add your wine cork(s) and boil for ten minuets.

Step 4: Step 3

After that, get your drill and make a hole in the center of your cork on the cutting board(if desired) and, glue your magnet to the back of the cork.

Step 5: Step 4

Now take your cork(s) and find some plant cutting that you might have around the house (I used jade cuttings because they're the easiest to work with) and take your soil and put a little bit in the hole and, put your cuttings in the hole with the soil.

Step 6: All Done!

Now your all done with your planters! You can put them on your fridge or anywhere else that you want!

Well depending on which plant you use, if you keep some water on them they should last quite a while.

Do the plants grow or root in the cork? It's a nifty idea.
