Introduction: Mount Projector Without Drilling With IKEA LACK Shelf
In this instructable, I'll show how I installed a LED projector in my bedroom without using any nails or drilling. It can also be installed in a small living room with a couch or sofa to hold it in place. I use a LACK shelf unit from IKEA and an UPPLEVA cable cover to hide the wires.
Step 1: Projector
I'm using an LG HW300T LED projector from a few years ago and it has since been discontinued. However, you can get other ones from China really cheap now and they even have Android built-in! Here are a couple of decent projectors for under $200

Step 3: Shelf
The IKEA LACK shelf unit can be configured with as many shelves as you need. I usually only keep the top 2 or 3 shelves to hold the projector and other items. You may put them higher or lower depending on where you're projecting the image on the wall.

Step 4: Wires
I use the IKEA UPPLEVA cable cover to run the wires up the wall. I secure the UPPLEVA with 3M command strips.

Step 5: Complete
You don't have to always have complicated mounts or hang your projector from the ceiling sometimes there isn't a lot of room or you don't like drilling into walls. Using the IKEA LACK wall shelf unit is a good alternative to installing a projector in your room.
