My Dream That Would Help Many People Out

For all you people reading this I thank you very much. I have a dream and don't have time to build it quiet yet. If someone out there can figure out how to build it tell me please. ok my dream is a self sustaining solar panel. This one kid though of a three dimensional solar panel, which collect more electricity. So you use that and find some low watt LEDs. You connect them to the solar panel (Do a small model first)and connect them to it. Biggest thing is to figure out how much the solar panel gathers from the LEDs . once that is done ou need to figure out if the LEDs use more or less than the solar panel produces. Last if the solar panel produces more than the LEDs take you have success . Please tell people it was dreame up by me unless this is already accomlished.
