If you have a pile of old newspaper lying around, consider UPcycling it by turning it into a cool abstract sculpture.

All you need is newspaper, masking tape, a recycled cardboard box and acrylic paint!

This project is easy and unique everytime!

Step 1: Roll Up Newspaper

Take different sized sheets of newspaper and roll it up in to tubes of various width. Use tape to secure the tube together. Twist the tubes into interesting forms.

Step 2: Glue the Tubes to Your Base

Use hot glue to secure the tubes onto a base (a recycled cardboard box).

Step 3: Paint the Sculpture Black

Paint the entire sculpture solid black to cover up the box, newsprint, tape and glue.

Step 4: Decorate the Sculpture

Use different colours of paint to decorate the sculpture. Consider adding other embellishments like feathers, buttons, or glitter to enhance the sculpture even more. Beautiful!
