The design idea of the whole skateboard is
different from the traditional all-board design. The glass fiber board surface is combined with the maple board surface, which not only ensures the board surface strength, but also gives people a feeling of shine at the moment.

Step 1: The Board Surface
① Starting from the skateboard, the board surface is about 70
centimeters, about 20 centimeters wide and about 8 millimeters thick, with both sides tilted about 20 degrees.
With these two selected parts, the bending angle and smooth front of the slide plate can be constructed, as shown in the following figure.
Step 2: Hollowed-out Design
My idea is to create a hollowed-out design, but considering the support of the skateboard, the layout is stacked in three layers, one layer is a traditional wooden layout, on top of which is a layer of glass fiber, and it is used to fill the hollowed-out part to strengthen the support ability.
Step 3: Rack, Spring, Bearing and Wheel
Next is a relatively simple wheel, which can be found in more
advanced parts. I think there is no other design if it is more suitable.
Then came the most difficult rack to design. I used the following parts to imitate its rack, spring, bearing and put the appropriate screws on the wheels.
Step 4: Overall
They are aligned, fixed and combined according to the normal size. The height of the skateboard is about 12cm, and the width of the wheel is about flush with the board surface.
The design of the whole skateboard was completed in this way, but
due to network problems, the transparent part of the board surface was not fully loaded, and there were still some details such as the flatness of the edge of board that needed to be adjusted slowly.
