Ever wonder what you could do with a Spam can or plastic gum dispenser? Hate to throw away things that might be useful some day? Here's the answer:

Step 1: Preparation

Eat the Spam, wash the can with hot, sudsy water, and dry completely.

Chew the gum, wash the canister, dry completely.

Step 2: In Use

Fill the can with pens, pencils, nail files, etc.  Fill the canister with paper clips. 
Ta-da. 

Step 3: Alternates

Strip the Spam advertising wrapper from the can. The gold can is very decorative.  

Strip the can and wrap it in colorful magazine pages, cut to size, tape.

Decorate your paper clip dispenser with Sharpies for a one of a kind look.
