Step 1: Collect Your Ingredients
For this recipe, you will need the proper tools and ingredients.
Your tools will need to include something to stir and store your exfoliate in (I used a mason jar), and something to mix with, such as a spatula.
- 1 Tablespoon of Sea Salt
- 1/2 Cup of Sugar
- 1/4 Cup of Honey
- 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice
Step 2: Combine Your Ingredients
First, add the sea salt and sugar; make sure to mix well. Next, add the honey, vanilla, and lemon juice. Stir until your mixture becomes a gritty, caramel-colored paste. Store in the refrigerator until use.
Step 3: Use Your Exfoliate
To use your exfoliate, start with clean, dry skin. Massage the exfoliate onto your skin, then wash away your exfoliate to reveal new, shiny, soft skin.
