Side Table

Hey guys, in this tutorial we will be making a side table using CNC machine. The design was originally made using InkScape software. Then, we imported the design into Vcarve to adjust the cutting profile settings.

So, Let's get started and go step by step.

Step 1: Requirements

For this project we will need the followings:

1. Plywood. (12mm thinckness).
2. Wood glue.
3. Wood nails.

4. Clamps.

We will also need a CNC machine and we will use 1/8" two flute CNC bit.

Step 2: 2D Design

Attached with this step our original design. As always, you can check it out and make your own adjustments.

Also, you can find the bit settings.

Note: always start by making the cutting profiles for the inner shapes and the cut the outer.

Step 3: Assembling the Project

After finishing the cutting step, we will assemble the parts just like in the pictures.

use the clamps to hold all the parts together and use the wood glue to glue all the parts.

Note: you could use wood varnish to make the table look even more professional. and you're done!

بالامكان تركيب أجزاء الطاولة كما هو موضح في الصور. بعد تثبيت الأجزاء بالغراء يمكن استخدام المسامير لجعل الطاولة متماسكة بشكل أقوى

كذلك يمكن استخدام الورنيش للحصول على منتج أفضل جودة.
