Strawberry Core Hack

Quick & Easy way to core strawberries

Step 1: Materials:

Drinking straw
Strayberry

Step 2: Point

Open the straw
Insert it into the pointy end of the strawberry.
Try to go as straight as possible.

Step 3: Push

Push the straw through the Strawberry.

My 7 year old can do it!

Step 4: Tah Dah!

Push the straw all the way through.
You should have the core and greens in the top of the straw.

Grab the greens and pull the core out of the straw.

Step 5: Repeat?

If you didn't get everything the first time, do it again.

You will be left with a perfect strawberry with a small hole.

Very little fruit is wasted this way!
