Step 1: Find Wood Leftovers.
Check your local Woodworking Shop or yunkyard, and ask for any pieces of wood they don't need.
Step 2: Table Top
The pattern is made up from 20 stripes (3cm wide, 1cm thick) assembled and glued together to get a 28 x 28 cm square top. (CAD file available)
Step 3: Legs
Cut 4 legs type 1 (15cm long, 4cm wide, 4cm thick)
Glue each leg to the small 8.5x8.5 cm square piece.
To get the "twisted" motion, rotate each leg 90 º from the previous part.
Repeat the process with legs type 2 (the only difference is the incision on the top)
Step 4: Join the Legs Segments.
I stapled both leg segments together one on top of another and glued 4 stripes of wood to cover the center gap.
Step 5: You Got Your Twisted Coffe Table.
Adjust the table top and glue it to the top of the legs and you're done.
