When You Wish Upon a Pallet Star.... : 4 Steps

This is a project I decided to take on when my two boys begged me to build something in my shop. We used recycled pallets, one piece of leftover OSB, scrap cedar, scrap aluminum flashing, some old bolts, and salvaged Christmas lights. To make it even more interesting, I decided to take photos at each step and compile them into a short movie. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Step 1: Pallet Star

And Remember, There is No More Important Safety Rule than to Wear These: Safety Glasses :)

Step 2: Angles

These angles are the most important to remember. No matter how big or small the star is these angles will dictate the shape. A chop saw will be your best friend in this build.
