Introduction: Bamboo Wine Holder

lets make bamboo wine holder without glue

Step 1: Tools and Material

Tools :

- saw

- axe

- sandpaper

- carver

- brush

- glasses

- Furnish

- hammer

Materials :

-bamboo

Step 2: Making Main Body Holder

the making of main body holder (wine body holder)

main body holder size :

30 cm x 12 cm

use sandpaper cc320cw for the tube to smoothen main body holder surface

and follow the bamboo fiber for the best surface.

Step 3: Making Sub Body Holder

(wine bottle opener) sub body holder :

25 cm x 10 cm

use sandpaper cc320cw for the tube to smoothen sub body holder surface

and follow the bamboo fiber for the best surface.

Step 4: Body Holder Hole (Wine Holder)

Create two 3 cm diameter holes, length 5 cm or more (adapted),

measuring at 2 cm from each end of the tube,

chisel to make a hole,

and use sandpaper (follow the bamboo fiber for the best surface) cc320cw for smoothen the main body holder hole.

Step 5: Wine Handle

Create two 3 cm diameter bamboo , cut half of the bamboo

and use sandpaper (follow the bamboo fiber for the best surface) cc320cw for smoothen the wine handle.

Step 6: Sub Body Holder Hole

Sub Body Holder (wine opener)

Create two 1 cm diameter holes,

measuring at 8 cm from each end of the tube,

chisel to make a hole,

and use sandpaper (follow the bamboo fiber for the best surface) cc320cw for smoothen the sub main body holder hole.

Step 7: Wine Opener Handle

Create two 1 cm diameter bamboo , cut half of the bamboo

and use sandpaper (follow the bamboo fiber for the best surface) cc320cw for smoothen the wine opener handle.

Step 8: Wine Holder Rest

Cut a ring of bamboo with 3cm thickness.

Cut the bamboo ring into 2 equal semi circle parts,

sandpaper (cc320cw, follow the bamboo fiber for the best surface) the tube to smoothen its surface,

Sandpaper the whole surface of the tube to make as round as possible.

Step 9: Finishing

Finishing

Furnish the outer layer of the tube till it shines,

Wait for 30 minutes till it dries,

After drying, sandpaper (1000cc, follow the bamboo fiber for the best surface) the tube (inside and outside surface) to smoothen the all the bamboo surface.

or you can only use heatgun for finishing without furnish.

Step 10: Finish!!
