Step 1: Glue Bords Together
glue bords together in the rush shape of a paddle so it looks like the picture.
Step 2: Trim the Paddle
trace the design of your paddle on the paddle and cut it out on a bane saw.
Step 3: Rasp the Denis of the Handle.
use a rasp to round the Swiss of the handle and then sand them smooth.
Step 4: Sand
Sand all parts of the paddle smuth starting with a low grit and work your way to about 250 grit. Also round the blade of the paddle and the top of the handle.
Step 5: Engraving
Use a CNC router to engrave the paddle if u want to.
Step 6: Finishing
use polyurethane to complete the finish.
Step 7: Adding the Clock
Add the nombers and clock pices to the paddle.
