Introduction: Do Morse Code With an Rc Car Remote and Here It on a Cb Radio.

this instructable is simply about making a 27mhz transmitter out of a 27mhz rc car remote
that you can do morse code with, and receive those messages on a cb radio or maybe the am part of your radio but i couldnt get it to work very well, and you will be able to play music or other sounds over it with you'er computer and the remote, and here them on the cb. this is my first instructable so i might have screwed up on something.

Here is a list of the things you will need.
a 27mhz remote control from an rc car, (i don't think a 49 mhz remote works since i read online that cb frequency's were all around 27mhzs)
some alligator clips,
a nine volt battery,
and your computer (but you don't need to use it if you'r just doing morse code).

The first thing you want to do is open up you're remote, and find the two wires leading from you're battery slots,  and hook up you're alligator clips to the two connections, and the nine volt battery,(make sure to have the postive  and negative on the right way or it won't work).

Once you have the battery hooked up right, you can start pressing the joy stick parts on the remote and listen on a cb remote for a tone, you can try it with the am band on you're regular music radio but i have tried and the noise was really really quit and i needed head phones to here it. you can also experiment with the circuit board  by hooking up different sound outputs to it, and hooking them up straight to some of the solder points on the circuit board so pretty much all you end up doing is streangthening the signal by putting a nine volt in it lol. i have tried this and it works for me, i hope it works for you, thanks checking out this Instructable!
