Glow in the Dark Duct Tape Paracord Necklace

Hi every body this is a new idea of mine. It is a glow in the dark paracord necklace. It was made with duct tape wrapped around paracord and then I put a cobra stitch around that so that it protects the duct tape.  

If you wold like me to make a tutorial please tell me.
