Intro: K'nex V8 Engine

this engine was my smallest engine yet, I also have a intructions video on youtube for this engine. GOOD LUCK BUILDING!!

STEP 1: Crank Shaft

the first thing!!

STEP 2: Pistons

compact pistons, yet easy

STEP 3: Crank Case

do not fill with oil!!

STEP 4: Cylenders

for the pistens.

STEP 5: Cam Shaftand Pushrods

the red conectors for the push rods should line up and stand up acuatly for the next step.

STEP 6: Finishing

Step hardest step, and last step!!

how does the crank shaft connect into one piece so that when you turn the crank it moves as one? - thanks

I've tried... and failed. I just don't know how! >:-0 I need to make this for next week for a school science fair, and I NEED HELP!!!! is there any models or anything that you used to help you in the makings of your engine or anything? you can stop the video when you see the valves, i used elastic bands for it but it wound work better with small springs. its all a got to help you so i hope it works out for you.

TO MAKE IT RUN USE A CORDLESS DRILL TO ONE END OF THE CRANK SHAFT ITS REALLY COOL

instead of using black hinges can we use one gray connector and allternate through the crank shaft so its a v4 ND NOT A V8

you could cut it to make one. it won't be a V engine, you would make it a inline engine.

check the place were it is jamed and fix it
