Intro: Lady Gaga Impersonation

gathering of the perfect understated underpinnings. i altered to fit my body. it was key that most of the bubbles cover the outfit, so i chose hot pants in a neutral pattern of lace and altered them to fit. the top is lace stretch for form fit and i also altered it by cutting the v neck and narrowing the shoulders. i took latex balloons and blew them up to varying sizes and hand sewed them to the top of the outfit. i realized an error in trying to get out of the outfit and took it apart at the side seams and put in break away snaps. walah!
