These paper craft love birds are super easy to make.
Basic supplies
12/12 card stock paper,glue,twine, scoring board, scissors,foam adhesives
1.Make 2 inch strips with scoring board and score 1/2 inch lines and fold back and front. It turns as rosette
2.Make small banner with hearts
3.Stick with foam adhesive
