View Instructable »You're absolutely correct. You can just add more wine to the bag. And, yes, blowing into the bag is not a great idea. More importantly, I'm humbled that peoiple are still reading this fourteen years after I posted it.

Hah... you realize this instructable is over a decade old, right? Also, it would behoove you to read the other comments, as somebody posted your suggestion 9 years ago.
