I currently work as a manager in the CS department of an online retailer. We help with all aspects of the customer experience, from site usability to product quality issues. I like what I do and I hope to someday re-vamp the customer service experience to make it more streamlined and ensure a higher overall satisfaction rating. I have just hired a personal trainer and enlisted the help of a home cleaning services company to give me more time to focus on myself so that I can do what I want to do.
