
I've got a couple things going for me and a couple that are working against me. For starters, I'm a sneaker head. That's not working in my favor as it's an expensive hobby/habit. I also love coffee to a fault. I inadvertently replace meals with coffee when I get busy. I do however love martial arts so I am hoping that filling a couple week nights and weekends with it will help fix up my bad habits a bit.
