Angie Liew (known as Huang) is the founder and author of Huang Kitchen. Being a self taught chef, she focuses on improving cooking recipes, documenting and creating step-by-step how to guides. Her recipes span across the globe, ranging from Asian delights like General Tso’s Chicken and Matcha Pancakes, all the way to French Toast and Tea Scones. All recipes created have been tried and tested in her kitchen and above all, made easy for anyone to follow, even if you are new to the kitchen!
