I like to create things out of stuff I find and buy as little as possible (except tools, gotta buy those right?). I use wood, metal, plastic, electronics, everything that looks interesting and gives me an idea. I find great satisfaction in making things from stuff other people have thrown away or don't want, not so much because they are free, but more because I am re-instilling value into these misbegotten objects.
