I have some experience working in a machine shop for mechanical engineering projects. Most of my work focused on moving parts and mechanisms rather than aesthetics or craftsmanship. Lately I have been looking for projects that reflect nature and humanity's intertwined relationship--that no matter how we attempt to rise above the world around us through science and technology, we are always tied to it somehow.
