
Seeing how well my students absorbed the information, I felt I was on to something bigger than claymation. They were patient, detail-oriented, and not afraid to experiment. I was watching classrooms full of future engineers, artists, scientists, and designers. And so, STEAMation was born. This project-based learning program used art and animation as a base. From there, I expanded to teach 3D design, printing, coding, and sonification.
