We grow, research, photograph and offer nourishing, time-honored organic cultures such as Milk Kefir, Water Kefir, Kombucha, and Sourdough. We enjoy drinking (and eating!) the delicious foods our cultures create for us just about 365 days of the year. We are happy to be able to share these life-enriching cultures, our knowledge, and recipes with you.
