Look I have been illegally targeted by a mindflex system. And what in the hell i I could honestly do to un targeted my self from this mind flex I been targeted for about 7years.. I found out where the sound coming from how I , need help prosecuteing these people I know who they are .. I just want to find it my location . Hear it in my home and vehicle basically every where I go..
