What is imd bios? You could always start over. Redo the softmod and go from there. It is hard to know what problem you are having without being there myself. I stopped using the xbox to stream video a few years ago in favor of the raspberry pi but I can try to help.
Of so first off the settings in your ftp client are wrong. sftp and ftp are different services and you want ftp which is port 21. so in filezilla you have those 4 boxes at the top. the first is the ip which in your case should look just like 192.168.0.3 my username was always xbox but yours may be different. the password was also xbox. then the port number is 21. ftp uses 21 so when you put in 22 which is the port for ssh. basically what I saw from your picture, your computer you are trying to connect from is going to the right address but instead of knocking on the ftp door you were knocking on the attic vent of this analogy house. haha. anyway fix those things and lets see if we can get this to work.
Your dashboard looks really old. Your xbox's ftp server may not be on by default. what may help you is if you figure out what dashboard you have and figure out how to turn the ftp server on. One thing that may help you might be softmodding it again by copying over the hacked linux save for mech assault or splinter cell and launching it. I remember there was an option to enable the ftp server in that little linux machine. And while I am thinking about it,-did you make sure you got the right ip address for your xbox-is the xbox properly connected to your router?-can you contact out from the xbox, can it play lan games or in xboxese system link?I remember my xbox was available as an ftp server from the startup dashboard so I didn't have to do anything special.
