I am a mental health professional, both working with clients and teaching. I give individual and group therapy to incarcerated men. I'm also a professor for a masters of counseling program at a private university. I teach research methods, statistics, and tests and assessments. Things can get pretty heavy, dealing with human suffering all day, so I keep myself sane through crafting, upppcycling, and repurposing things.
