Howdy! I am a Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering Master's Student at Oklahoma State University, graduating December 2018. My research project primarily involved using sensors to detect the degree of roast for coffee roasters. I have a B.S. in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M. I enjoy programming micro-controllers, however, my true passion is in the research and development of new food products and processes.
