very very very very easy!!!! and cute

STEP 1:

use the fat side of a nail dotting tool to put the two bumps for eyes

STEP 2:

white eyes

STEP 3:

use the small side for the nose

STEP 4:

:P

STEP 5:

all done ....make sure to add clear coat
