i make this in paint. print out and use in a photo frame. or in a card.

Step 1: Change Brush

open paint---------> click brushes----------> click watercolor brush

Step 2: Change Brush Size

click size---------> select last one

Step 3: Paint Time

here i use yellow as a back-ground color. stock randomly. don't cover all the page.makes some room for other color. use different color. and make a pattern like this.

Step 4: Draw Object

select brushes-----> click calligraphy brush 1 or 2----->...... select paint color 'black'.. here i draw some fish. first draw one and then other ones. use spry---> as a bubbles. ... save it as a name.jpg format

Step 5: Edit in Picasa

Step 6: Final

done!!!!!!
