As many p'ple may already know, raring snails is pretty easy. here are some few tips i have noticed in observing them
THEIR DIET
They african giant snail eats a varity of food and fruits. among their favorites is PAWPAW AND ITS LEAVES, COCOYAM LEAVES, EGG SHELL (SOURCE OF CALCIUM FOR SHELL GROWTH), WATERMELON, CORN MEAL, ETC. It is useful to spray water on them at least once daily. the water should not be too much. they like to be handled, but you should be careful of their growing shell. it is normal for your snail to hibernate. but be careful to supply them adequate food and comfortable home cos a fully fed snail makes a happy snail.
