Introduction: 1. 2. 3. Bread

Living in the Great White North I some times think I live in an Igloo during the winter, and making leavened bread can be a challenge in a cold kitchen. (Made with Yeast) However, unleavened breads are easy whether your kitchen is hot or cold.

This recipe makes 1 loaf it is ready in less than an hour, everything in this recipe is 123.

Supplies

Grease or oil

Mixing Bowl

4 x 8 x 2 Bread Pan

Measuring Cup

Measuring Spoon

Mixing Spatula

Step 1: Ingredients

1 x 355 ml can of beer

2 Cups Flour

3 Table Spoons Sugar

You can use 1.5 cups draft beer.

Step 2: Directions

Mix, Drop in Greased Pan, and Bake

Warm beer is best I leave the can of beer on the counter over night.

Preheat the oven to 375°F 190°C and grease bread pan.

In a mixing bowl, add flour, sugar, and beer, mix the ingredients together.

The beer should foam up when you add it to the flour and sugar. The dough should be a little wet but not runny like pan cake batter.

Drop the dough in the greased bread pan.

Bake on middle rack for 30 to 45 minutes.

Step 3: Serve

When the bread is baked let it cool on a wrack before serving.
