We have all thought, "A freshly baked bread would make dinner perfect or, I should take something to that dinner party, but I don't have the time."

If you have 2 hours you can have that freshly baked bread. The recipe is simple and the bread is delicious.

2 hours after you add the yeast to the honey and water, your bread is done.

Step 1: Ingredients and Measurements

1 1/2 Cups ~ Warm Water

1 Tablespoon ~ Honey

1 Package ~ Yeast

2 Tablespoons ~ Coconut Oil

1 1/2 Teaspoons ~ Salt

4 Cups ~ Flour

Parchment Paper

Step 2: Step 1 - Begin the Process

Add and dissolve the honey in the warm water.

Add the yeast, stir and let sit until its foamy. [ 5 to 7 minutes]

Add the coconut oil, salt and flour.

Mix with 2 tined fork or mixer and hooks. [5 to 7 minutes]

Leave dough in bowl, cover and let rise in warm place for 30 minutes,

Step 3: Step 3 - First Rise

After the first rise, move dough to a heavily floured surface.

The dough will be moist, so keep adding flour to the surface as you knead.

Continue kneading until the dough is firm. [10 to 15 minutes]

Step 4: Step 4 - Second Rise

Shape the dough into a ball and place it on a sheet of parchment paper.

The parchment paper aids in placing the dough into and out of the oven.

Cover and let rise for 30 minutes, while the oven heats to 400 degrees.

Step 5: Step 5 - Cut Gashes and Bake

Cut gashes into the dough in whatever configuration you desire.

Place dough on parchment paper onto tiles in the 400 degree oven for 25 minutes.

If you are using crockery or cast iron to bake in, add 10 to 15 minutes.

Turn finished bread onto a cooling rack and you are done in 2 hours or less,

although your time may vary.
