2025 IC Audio Amplifier Circuit

Hii Friend,

Today I am going to make an Audio Amplifier using 2025 IC.

Let's get started,

Step 1: Take All Components As Shown Below

(1.) IC - 2025 x1

(2.) Capacitor - 25V 100uf x5

(3.) Aux cable

(4.) Resistor - 1K x1

(5.) Resistor - 100K x1

(6.) Potentiometer - 47K {Variable resistor}

(7.) Battery - 9V

(8.) Battery clipper

(9.) Speaker x1

Step 2: Short Pins of IC

Firstly we have to connect Pins of the IC.

Solder Pin-4 and Pin-5 to each other,

And solder Pin-12 to Pin-13 of the IC.

Step 3: Short Again Pins of IC

Next Short Pin4,5 to Pin-12,13 and also solder pin-12,13 to Pin-9 as solder in the picture.

NOTE : These pins are ground for this amplifier circuit.

Step 4: Connect 1st Capacitor

Solder +ve pin of 25V 100uf capacitor to Pin-3 of the IC and -ve pin of capacitor to pin-2 of the IC as solder in the picture.

Step 5: Connect 2nd Capacitor

Solder +ve pin of 25V 100uf 2nd capacitor to Pin-14 of the IC and -ve pin of capacitor to pin-15 of the IC as solder in the picture.

Step 6: Connect 3rd Capacitor

Solder +ve pin of 3rd 100uf capacitor to Pin-7 of the IC and -ve pin of capacitor to pin-5 of the IC which is Ground.

Step 7: Connect 4th Capacitor

Solder +ve pin of 4th 100uf capacitor to Pin-6 of the IC and -ve pin of capacitor to pin-1 of the IC as you can see in the picture.

Step 8: Connect 5th Capacitor

Solder +ve pin of 5th 25V 100uf capacitor to Pin-11 of the IC and

Solder 1K Resistor to the -ve pin of 5th 100uf capacitor and solder it with Ground pin i.e. Pin-4,5,13,14 & 9 of the IC as solder in the picture.

Step 9: Connect 100K Resistor

Solder 100K resistor to Pin-10 of the IC as solder in the picture.

Step 10: Connect Aux Cable Wire

Solder Left/Right wire of aux cable to pin-1 of the potentiometer and

Solder ground wire to the Pin-3 of the potentiometer as you can see in the picture.

Step 11: Connect Wires in Potentiometer

Next solder two wires in the potentiometer for giving input audio in the IC.

Solder a wire to Middle pin of the potentiometer and Ground wire to pin-3 of the potentiometer as you can see in the picture.

Step 12: Connect Audio Input Wires

Next solder Middle pin wire of potentiometer to 100K resistor and

solder pin-3 wire of potentiometer to Ground wire of the IC i.e. Pin-4 as solder in the picture.

Step 13: Connect Speaker Wire

Next solder speaker wire to the IC.

Solder a wire of speaker to Pin-2 of the IC and Other wire of speaker to Pin-15 of the IC as you can see in the picture.

Step 14: Solder Battery Clipper Wire

Next solder +ve wire of battery clipper to pin-16 of the IC and

solder -ve wire of battery clipper to pin-4 / Ground wire.

Step 15: Amplifier Circuit Is Ready

Now our amplifier circuit is ready and so connect battery to the battery clipper and plug in aux cable to mobile phone and play songs and now we can also adjust the volume using potentiometer.

If sound is slow then please check battery and other wise remove 100K Resistor and play songs.
