Introduction: A Different Sawhorse

This is a 'sawhorse' for use with a bow saw. But is it a sawhorse? Not really, it obviously doesn't have enough legs to be a 'horse', however; it's a convenient support for for holding branches or small logs when you saw them with a bow saw.

This Instructable involves the use of cutting tools so please be careful making it and using it.

Step 1: Step 1 - Cut a Tree Down

(see picture.)

Step 2: Step 2 - Notch the Stump

Size notch to accommodate branches you will be cutting.

Step 3: Step 3 - Use It

If you lean back a bit while sawing that will hold the branch securely - and you can also avoid pinching the sawblade in the saw kerf.
