Introduction: A Simple and Nostalgic Chocolate "sausage"

A chocolate "sausage" is a cake that I loved to eat as a child and now I love making it for my entire family, so they can enjoy it as well. I'm recommending this recipe because it's simple and very tasty.

Supplies

(225 g) dark chocolate, chopped

(75 g) milk chocolate, chopped

(300 g) biscuits

(100 g) sweet cream

(100 ml) milk

Step 1: Making the Chocolate Muxture

Break the chocolate into small cubes, pour the sweet cream together with the chocolate.

Put it in the microwave for one minute. Mix it until you get a smooth mixture.


Step 2: Biscuits & Chocolate Mix

Dip the biscuit in a milk, crush the biscuits to small pieces and pour into the bowl with the chocolate mixture.

Mix it until you get a smooth mixture.

Step 3: The Rolling Part

Use two baking papers and divide the mixture from previous step into two equal parts.

Pour

each part to the center of the baking paper, then roll out the baking paper

till you get a roll.

Step 4: Coll and Serve

Put the cake in the freezer for about an hour.

Once it's cold, slice it a piece and it eat!
