A Team Wave Stick

If you follow these instructions you can make a little wave stick for your favorite team.

Step 1: Materials

To make a wave stick you will need:

Scissors
Long skinny balloons
Duck tape
And a balloon pumper

Step 2: Blowing Up the Balloon

First blow up the balloon and tie it.

Step 3: Duck Tape!

Now take the duck tape and cover the wave stick with duck tape!!!

Step 4: You're Done

Congratulations you finished making your fan stick!
