Introduction: Add Bluetooth to Your Helmet (Call and Music)
In this instructable, I'll show you how you can easily add Bluetooth headset to your helmet, using which you can listen to music on your way but can also receive calls hands-free.
It is very cheap and easy. It feels extremely awesome to use it. As being safe while driving is far by the most important thing, I have used a speaker that even at full volume does not affect the ability of hearing honks and vehicle sounds. I expect everyone to use that kind of speaker only and also to keep the volume low.
Keeping all this in mind, let's get into it.
Step 1: Watch the Video.

Step 2: Parts List.

Step 3: Find a Spot.
Fine the spot in you helmet where you will be fixing the speakers. Mine had a cut out in the padding where the speaker can fix nicely, so I used it. But this might not be the case with everyone.
So, use your wisdom to get it right, but do not compromise any safety feature of your helmet just to fix he speakers.
Step 4: Prepare the Speakers.
Now that you've found the spot, prepare the speakers to fix it at that spot.
Solder some wires to it, I suggest using ribbon cables. Then add double sided tape and Velcro tape as shown in the video to the speakers and finally fix it at the spot in the padding.
Step 5: Solder the Wire With 3.5 Mm Socket to the Speakers.
Now we will solder the 3.5 mm socket wire to the speaker.
Check out how to do that in the video as it can be best explained only by visual means. It's not that hard though, just a little patience and its done.
I used the socket from an old earphone because they are thin and small. You can use any you like, just make sure the polarities are right by using image from this site: https://technosyndicate.wordpress.com/2012/12/23/c...
Step 6: Check the Speakers.
At this step, it is a good idea to connect and check the speakers to the Bluetooth receiver.
After making sure both speakers are working, go to next step.
Step 7: Prepare the Bluetooth Receiver.
Now, using some hot glue and Velcro tape, prepare the speakers as demonstrated in the video.
I kept one counterpart a little longer so that it is easier to peel the receiver off whenever its needed.
Step 8: Done!
Connect everything together and fix them their places and the project is DONE! Use hot glue to tidy up the wirings.
Please keep in mind that safety comes first, do not use speakers that can affect the ability of you listening to any honks or other sounds that actually keep you safe while driving. Do not listen to music at high volumes while driving. Its for your own safety. Also, make sure to read the manual before using the receiver.
