Apple Pie Cake

Introduction: Apple Pie Cake

This is a very simple, easy and yummy apple pie to make! This recipe should take between 1 hour to an hour and a half.

Supplies

2 1/3 cup of apples

2 1/2 cup of flour

1 cup of milk

1 tablespoon of white vinegar

1 egg

1 1/2 cup of brown sugar

1/3 cup of oil

1 teaspoon of vanilla

1 teaspoon of baking soda

Topping:

1 cup of sugar

2 teaspoons of cinnamon

2 tablespoons of melted butter

Step 1: Prepare Oven

The first step to make yummy apple pie cake is to preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2: Part One of Mixing Ingredents

First, take your large mixing down and place it down. Combine 1/3 cup of olive oil and 1 1/2 cup of brown sugar. DO NOT MIX YET!!

Step 3: Part Two of Mixing

After placing olive oil and brown sugar into the bowl, place 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, and 1 cup of milk into the bowl. Once again, do not mix yet.

Step 4: Part Three of Mixing

Now, place one teaspoon of vanilla extract and one teaspoon of baking soda.

Step 5: Part Four of Mixing

Finally, place 2 1/2 cups of flour and 2 cups of sliced apples. The apples should look like photo above. Then, mix everything in the bowl together.

Step 6: Pour Batter

After mixing the batter, the batter should look like photo above. Pour batter into greased pan and even batter out.

Step 7: Crumble Topping

Set aside you pan with batter in it. Take a medium sized bowl and place 2 (1/2) cups into bowl.

Step 8: Crumble Topping

Then, take 2 (1 tablespoon) of melted butter and two tablespoons of cinnamon. Take spoon and mix the three ingredients together.

Step 9: Crumble Topping

After the topping is made, place the topping evenly onto the pan full of our apple batter. It should look like photo above.

Step 10: Bake!

After everything is put together, place pan into oven that was preheated before. Leave there for 45 minutes. Once 45 minutes is done, let cake cool for 15 minutes then serve. I hope you enjoyed!!
