A compilation of the Steel Matrix for Prototyping steel class.

Step 1: Assignment A- Mig Weld and 90 Degree Fillet

Straight cut and MIG welded to a 90 degree L.

Step 2: Assignment A-Bent Steel Bar

Bent Steel solid tube bar with manual tube bender.

Step 3: Assignment A-Bent Bar 2

Bent Aluminum bar with manual tub bender

Step 4: Assignment A-45 Degree Cut/ Weld/ Grinder

1. Cut 45 degree cuts

2. Mig welded

3. Grinded weld with grinder

4. Sand out welds

Step 5: Assignment A-90 Cuts/drilling/tapping

1. 90 cuts into 2 pieces

2. Line and mark up pieces

3. Drill hole into both pieces

4. Tap only 1 side, manually

5. Clean/ assemble and screw in fastener
