Introduction: Automatic Water Pump Motor Controller
Today I am going to make a circuit of automatic water pump motor controller circuit using 2N222 Transistor and relay.
Let's get started,
Step 1: Take All Components As Shown Below
Step 2: Circuit Diagram
Connect all components according to this circuit diagram.
Step 3: Connect Transistor to Relay
Firstly we have to solder Collector pin of transistor to coil-1 pin of the Relay as solder in the picture.
Step 4: Connect Diode to the Relay
Next we have to connect diode to the circuit.
Solder +ve of diode to coil-1 and -ve of diode to coil-2 of the relay as you can see in the picture.
Step 5: Connect 220 Ohm Resistor
Next we have to connect 220 ohm resistor to base pin of the transistor as you can see in the picture.
Step 6: Connect Battery Clipper Wire
Solder +ve wire of battery clipper to coil-2 of the Relay and
solder -ve wire of battery clipper to emmiter pin of the transistor as you can see in the picture.
Step 7: Connect Two Wires for Water Sensor
Solder a wire in coil-2 of the relay and another wire in 220 ohm resistor as solder in the picture.
Step 8: Cut Phase Wire of Motor/LED Light (220V Appliance)
Next Cut phase wire of Motor/LED light as cut in the picture (220V appliance).
Step 9: Connect Cut Phase Wire
Now connect cut phase wire to the relay as given in circuit diagram.
Solder a wire to common pin of the relay and solder another wire to NC pin of the relay as solder in the picture.
Step 10: Connect Battery
Connect battery to battery clipper of the circuit.
Step 11: Give 220V AC Main Power Supply
Now when we will give main power supply to the motor then motor will be start and water will be filling.
Step 12: Automatic Turn Off Motor
As water will fill upto wires then the Motor will be turn off automatically.
As picture shows light/Motor gone turn off automatically when water filled upto the wires.

Well Try, But I according to me, This could be not a proper solution, because after little use of water from tank contact between two sensor cable will be lost and motor pump will be start automatically and this will happen again and again, and hence motor start and stop occurrence so many times.
