Introduction: Baked Ravioli

So my daughter had an eye doctor appointment and needed a ride. That meant I had very little time to make dinner. While she complained about her dilated pupils, we stopped at the grocery store and bought the four ingredients to make one of her favorite meatless meals.


1 jar - marinara sauce

1 bag - cheese filled ravioli

1 bag - baby spinach

1 bag - shredded mozzarella

1 bottle - red wine (optional) I love to cook with wine! I don't usually add it to the dish however :)

Step 1:

Preheat your oven to 325° and spray a 9x13 with nonstick spray

Step 2:

Pour a little sauce in the bottom of your baking dish. Layer about half the spinach and half the ravioli. Drizzle about half the sauce on top and you guessed it, half the cheese.

Step 3:

Repeat the layers.

Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

Step 4:

Serve with some crusty bread and a salad.
